How To Loose Weight?

I am 14 years old and I think i weight about 65-70kg, I consider myself really fat and ugly, I just feel likg suiciding when I think about this, i just wanted to exercice without leaving home because im too ashamed of it, I know about diets but that is too slow...

Always remember, slow and steady wins the race!!! So you need to be patient and persistent in your efforts to emerge as a winner.
Remember, you are growing up and so you need to focus on eating healthy rather than weight loss. If you shift your focus from slimming to living a healthy lifestyle, you will certainly win the race. Do not feel ashamed as there are many like you who are happy just the way they are...Focus on being active by taking up an activity that you enjoy like skipping, swimming, dancing, cycling or join a ladies gym where you can meet other girls like you who want to be fit. In some gyms, you have dance aerobics classes or sessions where you exercise alongwith the beats of music. When you will have other girls to give you company, you will not only enjoy exercise but you will also be motivated to continue being active. Think about it...you can join these classes during vacations.
