Hey, I have a question about muscle weight gain: I m male, 20yrs old 6 4 and 240 lbs, I have fibromyalgia, and arthritis in by knees so I don t work out much anymore, and 6 yrs ago i had a foot injury that caused my right leg to atrophy badly, before my health problems I walked or biked between 10 and 25 miles a day, so I gained a lot of muscle from the hip down. However even after I stopped walking as much, just around the block twice a day now, I m still gaining muscle from the hip down, I ve gone from 190lbs to 240lbs in two years. Any way I can lose some muscle weight safely? It would be nice to actually fit into my old clothes. Many thanks, Aaron B.
