I am so sorry to hear of this increased weight that you have witnessed after pregnancies. Your BMI is 25.1kg/m2 and this means that you are overweight. To loss weight, measures comprising of diet modifications, regular exercises and life style modifications would help. The principle here is that you should eat less calories than you spend in a day. Try to eat food which is not to rich in calories while at the same time increasing how much exercises you do daily. This, over time would help you regain normal weights. Remember these measures needs patience and consistency without which you would abandon and never achieve your goal.
