I want to loose stomach fat aprox 10 pounds. I have lost weight before using meal replacement shakes 2xs a day with one regular meal. I do not know whether I should use meal replacement shakes or muscle building protein shakes,. I am a 66 year old female in good health. My only exercise is 10,000 steps a day.
