i m 47 years old, 168 cm tall and 65-66 kilos and have been going to the gym for 4-5 days a week for 10-12 months now and eating correctly, eating no more calories than i m exerting, but just cant seem to loose anymore weight. I have skinny legs and don t consider myself over weight as i m in the normal range for my BMI but my problem area is my mid section as my hip to waist ratio is still in the unhealthy or over weight category, and i just don t feel comfortable in my body, i m trying to loose my last 5-6 kgs of stubborn fat witch wont seem to budge i have seen 66 kgs for a good 5-6 months now. if you could maybe give me some advice.
