How To Lose Weight While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I have been on Premarin 0625 for about 4 to 5 years now. I now HAVE LIMITED EXERCISING DUE TO FIBROMYLIGA FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. I HAVE PUT ON 35 POUNDS AND KNOW HOW I SHOULD EAT SINCE I WENT TO THE GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 12 YEARS. I HAVE 40 POUNDS ON ME AND CANNOT GET IT OFF. I REAllY THINK ITS SOME OF MEDICATION I WENT TO WEIGHT DOCTOR AND HE TRIED ME ON THE HCG INJECTIONS AND I ONLY LOST 3 POUNDS hELP!!!!!

Hi,

The following might be causes of your weight gain:
1) Usage of premarin0.625 tablets
2) Limited exercise capacity
3) Sedentary lifestyle
4) High intake of carbohydrates and fatty foods
5) Hypothyroidism
6) Metabolic syndrome

The following are some of the measures you can follow to reduce weight.
1) Ask your prescribing physician if there is an actual necessity for Premarin
2) If you can reduce the frequency of administration of Premarin or if there is any better alternative like bisphosphonates
3) Light exercise like walking is recommended at least 5 days in a week for half an hour or 15 mins each day
4) Cut the carbohydrates from your diet to maximum extent
5) Cut the fatty foods
6) Take plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts, seeds that contain high fiber content
7) Meditate daily for at least 10 min at a fixed time slot
8) Keep noting your weight every week and 1% decrease is also to be noted
It takes time but the above tips would certainly reduce your weight.
