There are different diet programs that you can use, the main ones being the low
carbohydrate diet and low calorie/low fat diet.
It would be best to choose one. IN the low carb, your body would use fats for energy and in the low fat, it would use carbs.
The low carb diet normally causes faster initial
weight loss and has been said to be associated with the weight staying off for longer.

Though exercise is important, you can lose weight by altering your diet alone.
In terms of the exercise, there are short intense exercise programs that require less than 10 mins eg tabata type exercises which just describes intense short bursts of exercises
