I want to lose 15 lbs. my doctor said I was fine. because I have weighted the same over the last 8 years, but my clothes don t fit as well. I m 75 years old with copd. I do 45 minutes on treadmill and 15 min. on new step 3 times a week. Nothing works, Kay

Avoid oily, fried food Cut off sweet in your diet Never miss Breakfast Do not take Bakery Products and junk food Avoid Soft drink and ready made Juices Avoid stress, do some meditaton Take toned milk instead of full cream
