I had my 2nd child in Feb of 2010. I couldn't lose the weight. In august I was 155 and I quick smoking, stopped drinking soda, eating sweets and cut out fast food entirely. It is now December and I am down to 125. Is that normal for making so many changed in my diet? Before this weight loss I was smoking a pack a day, drinking 2-3 large soda's from mcdonalds, a couple other soda's thruoghout the day and eating alot of fast food. Now I'm drinking lots of water, eating fruits. Baking meals at home with low fat meats, or turkey. Plus Im not skipping meals I'm eating at least 3 meals a day and sometimes will have a snack or 2 throughout the day. Just wanted to make sure that this is normal for this kind of change.
