You need 1000-1500 calories / day .
Fat 100 gm =900 calories ( butter , milk products which contains fat , ghee etc).
Protein 100 gm=500-650 calories ( white of egg, milk ( fat free ) cheese)
Carbohydrate 100 gm=450-550 calories ( sugar , sweets etc).
So adjust your diet in this way.
Since you are
obese ,so if you can do exercise ,this will be the best for you moderate to hard degree exercise .
Orlistat is the name of drug .
dOSE:120 mg thrice in day w/ each main meal containing FAT ;omit dose if meal is occasionally missed of has no fat.
This medicine should be taken under medical supervision , so consult your doctor and get a prescription.
Lemon juice on empty stomach in lukewarm water also help.
