hi thanks for query,.Please understand that there are two main pillars of weight loss,one is diet control and another one is regular exercise.You need to do this things regular basis.Avoid junk food,cold drinks,deserts etc.Regular 30 minutes of exercise per day is must.Take good diet,more of vegetable and fruits and salads.
