How To Lower ALT And AST Levels In Blood?

Hi. Last week, my ALT level was 9 points higher than the highest average, and my AST level was 42 points higher than the highest average. I had just come off of a heavy binge of drinking a couple days before, and I haven t drank since. My doctor said those levels should come down now that I m not drinking, and he will recheck me in 2 months. How can I get those levels good again? I m pretty worried.
