How To Lower Elevated Liver Enzyme?

Hi doctor. today I have got the liver function report that show alt-168 ,ast-79.my whight is 86 and height -5 8inch . please help me and how can I reduce the liver enzyme.I do daily exercise . I feel very stress sometimes. Please suggests me some madicen and dait.

Elevated liver enzymes indicate a damage of cells of your liver. This may occur even by hard work or exercises but anyway it must be seen by a specialist. Have an appointment with the gastro enterologist to do the proper examinations and take the proper medication.
