Hello Im a 35 year old female who has chest pains from time to time, I did a ECG and everything turns out fine, however My AST (SGPT) is 51 H. a couple years ago I removed my gallbladder,could that have anything to do with it and what can I do to lower my SGPT. I am also on Zestral for High Blood pressure?how does that effects me

I suggest low fat diet,Sylimarine, avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks,eat high fibre food and avoid medications such as paracetamol or antibiotics. Gallblaimay have been cause of it and in this case it should improve within a month.
