Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Stop taking any vitamin B6 supplements, including multivitamins, tablets, soft gels and lozenges. Typical names used in place of this vitamin include
Pyridoxal, Pyridoxamine,
Pyridoxine hydrochloride and Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
Limit your intake of foods rich in vitamin B6, such as fortified cereal, bananas, salmon, turkey, chicken, potatoes, spinach and hazelnuts.
Drink water to help flush excess vitamin B6 from the body. Since this compound is water-soluble, urine is the primary means of excretion. Typically, it takes the body between 15 and 25 days to eliminate unused pyridoxine. Drink eight, 8-oz. glasses of water per day as part of a healthy diet.
Still have any queries please feel free to ask.
Take care.
