Dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion the raised creatinin is due to pre renal cause due to dehydartion or infection.with the control of infection and better hydartion your creatinin become normal again.usually kidney damage will lead to persistent raise of creatinin.there are few ways in which you can have healthy kidneys.
1.don't take or take ven ever only necessary drugs like NSAIDS
2.stop smoking don't take too much alcohol
3.take sufficient water
4.make sure that your sugars are under control along with your pressure.
5.don't forget to check urine micro albumin once in 6 months
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
