How To Make Sure Of No Internal Injury In An Infant After A Fall?

My baby who is 1 month old has fallen off the bed, the bed is in a spring box and bed frame so it s a bit high. Nothing hurts and has not vomited at all. I am scared and I feel horrible. What can I do to make sure he is okay? I feel like he has been sleeping a lot more then he usually does. What can I do? Do I take him to the dr. s?

Hello thank you for writing us here.
You should check your baby properly. Palpate each part of body to find if there's any sign of pain or not. Also look for any bruising on head, elbow, knees or any other part of body.
Also check the colour of poops baby passes if there's any change. And if you find any of the signs mentioned above, please take him to hospital.
God bless you and your little baby.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
