How To Manage Insomnia During Pregnancy?
I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been on citalopram 10mg for 10 yrs now to manage my insomnia. I only take one every other day but I have come off it as I m pregnant. Now I cannot sleep again its driving me mad, I need sleep as I have work! Is it safe to take in pregnancy ???

Hiii dear citalopram is antidepressant medicine that have use in sleep didorder
If u have depression along with insomnia than it is good drug kindly switch to newer and safer molecules like escitalopram
If you have only sleep problem without depression than there are also alternatives like very low dose of lorazepam etx
But take proper advise of your gynecologist and psychiatrist
If u have no problem than u can use as when required
