How To Manage The Testicular Pain Caused From Two Surgeries?

I have chronic testicular pain from two surgeries to fix varicoceles with a now recurrent varicocele and hydrocele with cysts on my left epididymitis . i need a pain management doctor in the shreveport, bossier city louisiana area that will see me with no medical insurance.
