Hi I always concentrate on my swallowing and breathing and can not stop thinking about it . swallowing has switched from a subconscious act to a very conscious one and gets worse when I m stressed. I would appreciate any advice on how to get over such obsession. Thank you in advance.

Hello, The more you will think about it the more you will get obsessed to it. So I can suggest you not to think about it as there s nothing so special to think. Try to think of good things which can make you excited and happy. You can even visit a psychologist if it s not getting out of your mind. Hope I have answered your query.
