How To Overcome Anxiety About Pain To Pursue Surgery?

Hi I am 56 years old female and I will be have a right knee replacement surgery on November 16. The anxiety and fear keep me from getting more than 1-2 hours of sleep at night. My biggest fear is that my Dr. won t give me strong enough pain meds to keep my pain manageable. Do you have any suggestions about my situation please! Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, it is the depressive condition and it is happening due to loss of confidence and negative thinking so try to come out of this condition, be positive and confident, try some relaxation therapy, stop worrying hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
