Adopt some favorable hobby. Socializing , Reading , seeing TV ,Going for walk , jogging , Deep Breathing and
Meditation will relieve you gradually from feeling of depression .
Proper nutrition,
stress management and healthy sleep habits and proper hydration are helping source in managing the symptoms of depression
In other words modifying your life style and food habits will be a wiser step towards trouble free life .
Your husband will also cooperate if you change your attitude towards life
