How To Overcome Depression And Weight Gain?

I have to much depression.i feel bad on little things and have too much tention.all the time i talk with myself please can u gave me some advice what should i do to get rid of depression and tention.there is to much change in my wieght i am getting fat even i am not eating too much food

You don't mention that you are taking antidepressants drug or not.
Something antidepressant drugs also cause weight gain.

Check your thyroid function test.
Hypothyroidism may cause weight gain problem.

Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
