now let me tell you about my previous life. About two years back from 2012 to 2013 i was in a serious relationship with an non sincere girl, her lifestyle effected my life and my mental conditions, it was a worst experience in my life. As i was not religious at that movement so i was committed to her in illegal ways. We usually had phone sex. That time sometimes i would surf porn also.Habit of masturbation had started in 2009 but now it was more severe and addictive to me. I could not live without having sex over phone or masturbating. then suddenly my life took a u turn. I became strongly committed to my religion and gave it the first preference in my life, every thing changed, i gave up every bad habit gradually until i stopped masturbating too. Because this is strongly prohibited in Islam. I had no contacts with my girlfriend now. My life became more pleasing and happier that before. But sometimes i got uncontrolled thoughts and desires. But i could sometimes bear them and sometimes not. This was my past. Now please give me some advise to get rid of this disease. I guess it is known as sexomnia. I don t know whether i am a patient of it or not. But let me tell you i came out of a very depressed life. Now i live happily ever before. I have my religious concerns. I am a muslim.
