Hello,

This is a classic case for cognitive behavioural therapy primarily and a bit about behavioural therapy desensitization.

There are a number of resources online for both and the cognitive behavioural has a good app for android phones called a cognitive behavioural diary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Matt Wachsman, Addiction Medicine Specialist
