at the age of 16 when I become adult. i started masturbation to satisfy my sexual desire. After that day by day. I felt much weakness. My brain doesn t work in good way. I can t digest my food easily. i have a lack of Sexual hormones. My body temperature is very hot in the summer and very cold in winter. I consider myself a very weak man . That is why I lost male power because of masturbation. I am from Pakistan please suggest me some good medicine for improving mens health and sperm count

It is due to high level of testosterone in body. Yes excess of it may cause problems at times as it leads to energy loss and make you feel lethargic and dizzy. Need not to worry. You should take diet rich in multivitamins and drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to gradually phase it out by decreasing the frequency and divert your attention from it and its thoughts.
