How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

Hello Sir, I have a psychological problem that stemmed out of incessant masturabtion. Which I am trying so hard to overcome, I used to be very smart and brilliant but right now I can barely understand anything I read. Sometimes I feel like I am living in a strange world where whatever that is being taught is alien to my brain and I read over and over and over to be able to grasp a bit of the information. I want to develop my mind, I want to have that sharp smart brain but I do not know what to do. Please can you help me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

But it will be most helpful if you can get a local counselor to help you with this problem. You need to have some regular exercise on a daily basis.

If you are not working, find some volunteer work that you can do to engage with people and get out of your own head.

See a doctor for a general check up to make sure that you are healthy. Learn some new hobbies like cooking or building models. Eat healthy foods and develop some healthy relationships with friends.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kathy Robinson, General & Family Physician
