How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

I know this may be weird but I sometimes masterbate a lot during the day and week. I don't have sex a lot at all . One I am still in love with a girl like a lot and have been heart broken from her but I have had a difficulty sometimes getting hard and one time I was having sex I was hard at first but got soft during the intercourse without knowing till pulling out . If this helps any when I masterbate I usually think of the girl that I like and she broke my heart. And my final question is am I masterbating to much and if I start masturbating in a healthy way will my erections start being normal and even during sex and also I'm 18

You are very young aged boy...At this age it is normal to having masturbating habit ...

Masturbation is safe and pleasure giving habit ..
But according to my opinion try to avoid overhabit of that ...

You can masturbate two to three days in week..Avoid more than that to focus on study....

If you want to get rid of over habit of masturbation than daily yoga will be helpful...

Pornographic videos and magazine watching should be less.

regular exercise done ...

Make short term and long term goals and fulfill it ...

Endulge in some useful activities and sports ...

Try to avoid remaining alone in room to avoid thought about masturbation.

It is better to focus on study rather than thinking more about this..
