Hi,

Masturbation is a normal physiological phenomenon. It is not a nonsense act or practicing it is not unhealthy. Only thing you need to remember is not to overdo it. You can do yoga and meditation regularly to control the urge for doing the act.

You can go for psychotherapy or attend counseling sessions, if needed. Gradually, you can decrease the frequency and keep the urge to masturbate under your control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
