Actaully whwnever i masturbate before releasing sperms i press the nerve under penis to control my sperms i do this 3-4 times a day one day i watched a video on utube about this cancer and checked my testes and found that the left one is smaller than the right one is it due to masturbation plzz help am in lot of stress!!
