Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
doctor, my husband 29years old having loose motion for last two weeks.we consulted the doctor he prescribed some medicines also,it is not completely cured.he is having the tablets like enterogermina,nizonide,meva-R. please suggest some remedies...can these medicines can cure loose motion..
To treat loose motions, proper diagnostics is necessary. It is because there might be several reasons of this symptom including chronic bacterial infection, hyperthyroidism, inflammatory bowels disease (like Crohns disease) or even neuroendocrine tumor of gastrointestinal tract. I suggest you to have diagnostics. Please visit your doctor again. Stool test, stool culture test and thyroid test should be first. If nothing will be found, colonoscopy should be next. If this also wont give any answer, please consult endocrynologist.
Hope this will help. Regards.
