How To Overcome Snoring While Sleeping?

Hi hope u r fine... first of all i mention u that i have no disease but i drool while sleeping... how i can rid of that? when i lay straight spit doesnt come out it is gathered in my mouth so plzz just tell me the way to escape from it if something can help me

Drooling while sleeping is normal but you could reduce it by lying sideways and with your head and back slightly reclined so that your mouth sort of gets tucked under your chin.
Snoring is a more serious problem and this too can be reduced with the above measures.
Another important thing to remember is to not go to bed immediately after a meal so that your food gets to settle in your stomach and reduce excessive salivation.
