How Can Snoring While Sleeping With Throat Swelling Be Treated?

Hi.. I have the problem of snoring loud while sleep.... doctors say that it is because the throat tissues swell due to cold and it increases the snoring sound... even after taking tablets for that for past 3 months,no improvements... please suggest a way to stop snoring..

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It is a little difficult to make recommendations without knowing what tablets you have been taking. 3 months is a long time to be a simple cold. I believe the persistence of the symptoms could well be due to an allergy. For that reason I think that you should have allergy tests to find the cause and avoid it. A cpap machine which keeps airways open during the night may also be used, but I would suggest trying to find the cause first.

I hope to have been of help.
