Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blocked feeling in the ear which could be due to ear wax, blocked nose by cold & sinus infection, accumulation of water within the ear, changes in atmospheric pressure and blockage in the Eustachian tubes. Need not to worry at all. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. You should use Wax Softening Solution or wax dissolving solutions. You should use nasal sprays. You should do this exercise. Take a deep breath and pinch your nose. Now, try to exhale like you are trying to breathe out. Do warm saline gargles. Get examination done by audiometer if it is really troubling.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
