im 30 years old and im constanly chewing on things ,such as bottle caps .i have no nails left but i dont feel stressed ,ive tryed to break the habit ,but does it have any deeper meaning,i also have suffered from bulimia for 15 years could this have something to do with it eventhough the putting everything in my mouth started befor that.

hello, treatment for it just lies in you itself. do make a strong mind and try avoiding it, whenever you get the urge to eat them, do divert your mind and get engaged into something else. its not a very good habit to have. it may lead to devastating outcomes. it may lead to untreatable conditions also. better make up your mind and adopt a very different life style and lead a healthy life... things will go better gradually good luck to you
