RES. SIR I M A 40 YEARS OLD MAN.MY HEIGHT/WEIGHT IS 164cm./70 kg.I m suffering from chronic deppression since 10 years and i m using some drugs having opiom compound. drugs brand name is cap.spasmoproxyvon approx.16 cap. a day with clonazepam salt approx. .5 to 1.0 mg. every day since 10 years.Now i want to leave this drug dependancive condition.but i m fail to leave this habbit. KINDLY HELP ME OTHERVISE I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE AS I M UNABLE TO PAY UR FEE.PLZZZZZZ. MURCY ON ME.BUT I ASSURE U THAT AFTER GETTING ANY JOB I WILL PAY UR FEE LATE FEE PENALTI PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Hi,

Since you have been on opioids for so many years, you should try stopping these under medical supervision so that withdrawal can be better managed. Once you are out of withdrawal, discuss with your doctor regarding starting naltrexone, which can help prevent relapse. If you have depression, you also need antidepressants. You should consult a psychiatrist who can take care of both the issues for you.
