Dear Sir/Mam,
The symptoms that you are complaining about point towards the diagnosis of medial epicondylitis of elbow. Simply meaning that the inner side of your elbow from where several muscles arise is inflamed thus giving rise to pain whenever you use those muscles. The best treatment in this case would be to stop the activities that cause this pain ie. wringing of clothes, driving a 4 wheeler or any activity which involves flexing and dorsiflexing your wrist. An elbow strap worn just below the elbow should help you. You will have to start on analgesics with a local balm to the area along with ice packs. The pins and needles sensation is because one the nerves in the same arm is also being involved due to compression. Pl make sure you give the involved side sufficient rest. Hope this has helped you.
