How To Overcome The Pain In My Left Ankle Area?

I have pain in left ankle area. It started at lower back area and back pain seems normal. pain in ankle is still there some time there is no pain but next moment it is back special when I am standing or walking . I doing hot compression. thanks amarjeet

I really appreciate your concern, single joint pain is quite common phenomenon and the most likely cause would be single joint arthritis, and the second possibility would be uneven compression during walking that might have caused the soft tissue trauma I actually treating such case with the following drugs keeping in mind the trauma,
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
if this could be due to trauma then this would come around soon, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
