How To Overcome The Problem Of Digestion, Frequent Urination And Lethargy?
Hello, I keep on having trouble digesting foods. It feels as though some food such as cereal, meat, nuts, onions, garlic, etc. are getting stuck in my esophagus and not going down. also, i feel like i have to go to urinate very frequently and lethargic. do you know what this can be from? I have had surgery to have a paraovarian cyst removed a few years ago and am on birth control for cyst problems.
Problems with swallowing foods can be caused by esophageal spasm, some narrowing or even a cancer. That is why you should not ignore it. Frequent urinating is usually a symptom of urinary tract infection. Lethargy can be caused by hypothyroidism. All your symptoms can be related to medicines you are taking or caused by some rare hormonal issues.
I suggest you to start with basic tests like blood work, urine analysis, ions level, thyroid tests. Please consult gynecologist about medicine you take. In case of some hormonal issues, endocrynologist should be visited.
Hope this will help. Regards.
