How To Overcome The Protruding Hard Swelling Along My Collar Bone?

my mum has a hard protruding hard swelling along her collar bone which is coursing a lot of pain she is already on a lot of pain killers as she has a lot of arthritis she is 82 years old also has a lot of pain at the back of her ear on the same side she has had this quite a long time now

It is very difficult to say anything about it without seeing x ray as most probably it is hard bone which can be a growth from clavicle . So get her x ray as early as possible. If there is a bony growth then she will need surgical removal of this growth.
