hello,my husdand is suffering from diabetic nephropathy since 17 years and now his creatitine level is 4.4.is it a serious problem.3 months back he was suffering from plueral effusion also.what can be done best for him.suggest some diet plan.will he survive.

You should give your husband protein poor diet. Mean less protein and more carbohydrate in diet. You should give carbohydrate rich diet.
