How To Prepare For Colonoscopy?

I have a colonoscopy scheduled for this morning (about 5 hours from now). I m preparing to take the Magnesium Citrate in 30 minutes. I read that you should drink 1 (or more?) glasses of water after taking it. Should I just take one glass or more. I ve pretty much already emptied my system, but I assume this will also serve to flush out any remaining fluids or solids from by small/large intestine. Is that right?
