I am 31 years old and I have noticed that I have been shedding more hair than usual especially after hair wash. I am taking multivitamins, b-complex and salmon omega-3 daily supplements. I also consume a lot of fruits and vegetables and a glass of soyabean milk daily. Is this suffiicient? Is there anything more I need to take to prevent hair loss?
