How To Prevent Low Platelet Count While Suffering From Dengue?

Hi I am a 31 year old male. today I got a positive dengue test with platelets at 99 000/mm3. I have only some weakness and a heat sensation in my fingers and the soles of my feet. No bleeding of any sort. What should I do to keep my platelets from dropping? Thank you for your assistance in advance.
