How To Prevent Miscarriage?

Hi....I have missed period for 12 days & have taken 4 home use test but all are negative....normally my cycle is of 28 - 30 day on time..last year the same thing happened I have missed period & got positive test with slight pink after 15 day..& after 6 weeks of pregnancy it turned out to be missed abortion. Please suggest what to do as we are planning for the baby & don t want to repeat last situation...

Hi, I did review your concern. Since you have had a 1st trimester there can be multiple causes for it. Most commonly it can be idiopathic but we should search for causes. Best would be a chromosomal analysis study of you and your husband and APLA test for lupus anticoagulant. Also please consult a fertility doctor for proper fertility planning and take adequate folic acid pills.
Sometimes progesterone pills in early 1st trimester helps but only under doctor guidance.
