How To Prevent Pregnancy After Having Unprotected Sex?
Please I had unprotected sex two days before my ovulation and forgot to take a contraceptive. And had another unprotected sex two days after ovulation. I'm I at risk of getting pregnant?? If I take a contraceptive now will it prevent me from getting pregnant ??
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Normal contraception pill contains hormones that prevent ovulation in a female. they should be started from the day of menstrual bleeding. As you earlier mentioned that you ovulated & had sex afterwards. So contraceptive pill cannot work now.
If you had sex less than 72 hours ago, you could take emergency contraceptive pill (i pill or postpone 72), this will reduce your chances of getting pregnant. If it has been more than 72 hours you should visit a gynecologist. Next time use condoms or contraceptive pill for contraception
Hoping your query is solved
