How To Prevent Pregnancy?
Had unprotected sex last night. planned parenthood is closed today and i dont have any money to pay for the morning after pill anyway. i read online that you could take like 4 birth control pills to help prevent pregnancy instead of taking plan b. i have loestrin 24 FE can i take four of these to help prevent pregnancy? please help.

hi welcome to health care magic.see lostrin 24fe is like oral contraseptive pills but it not protect like postcoital pills.you have to take unwanted 72 in minimum 3days after that it not affect .

Oral contraceptive pills will not act as effective as Post coital pills even in higher dose, hence you will not be sure of its definite efficacy. Cost of pregnancy will, anyway, be more than cost of Post coital pill. Please rush and take the post coital pill , if 72 hours have not lapsed. Plan B 0,75 mg-is most effective if the first dose is taken within 72 hours, followed by second dose 12 hours later. A single dose of 1.5 mg is eqally effectve.
