How To Prevent Recurrent Strokes?

I keep having strokes, and I want to know why and how to stop. I eat right and exercise regularly. I eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and nothing fried nor greasy. I also take hydrocortisone, Levoxyl, Plavix, Hyzzar, and testosterone. I had 2 strokes in 2005 and 1 last week. What do I need to change? Please let me know. Sincerely, Ben Lambert YYYY@YYYY

HI
Well come to HCM
As long as the stroke is concern underlying cause is matter here and not the diet because clinical cause would be hypertension and some cerebral pathology and this need to be ruled out then comes the question of diet but this could be any staple diet which is low in calorie, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
