Hi Dr . . .my 78 year old sister just had her 4th stroke this morning . . .she had another stroke that started all of this 3 years ago this past December . . .so she has had a total of 5 strokes . . .what is the critical time line after having a stroke to find out what damage was done this time. ..She has been in the hospital since 3 am this morning and again can t speak, move her right arm, can t stand, but can understand. she was coming along from the 2 strokes she had in June 2017 . . .they say they have more tests to do on her . . .she has had 1 ct scan the showed no bleeding or any clots . . .she has afib but was told 10 days ago that her heart was fine and not to worry about having another stroke . . .what is happening to her???? All of her strokes affected her right side as did this one . . .now she is going to have to start all over again . . .Help me to understand
