How To Prevent Reddish Purple Spots On Tip Of Fingers & Feet?

I'm a 28 year old female. Yesterday Morning i woke up and had these reddish purple spots on the tips of two of my fingers and on my feet. When I touch them it feels like Pins and needles. More are showing up and it's a little painful to walk. What is this? Is there anything I can do to make it go away??

These are purpuric spots which are occurring on your fingers and toes.
There are many causes of purpuric spots.
i would suggest you to get an opinion from a physician immediately.
Also get few investigation like complete blood count done.
